Ensconced in the year 1990, Diephon Plastics, a professionally managed business firm, is a far-famed manufacture of wide range of industrial products ranging from polyurethane rollers, cathode insulator, industrial spacers etc. The company was founded by Mr. S. Jayakumar, a commerce graduate who has considerable expertise in dealing with all sorts of machine tools.
After completing the engineering studies, Mr. S. Jayakumar son joined his father business and diversified the business to new heights. Ab initio, we have laid more stress in the regular supplying of small plastic parts for machine tools. At present, we have our own fully automatic injection moulding machines which strictly work on the cutting-edge technology. Both the technical as well as operation side of the factory are strictly examined under the proper leadership of the elder son of Mr. S. Jayakumar who is an electric engineer. In the mean time, the younger son is responsible for purchase and interacting with the customers.
Administration and finances are looked after by the senior Mr. Jayakumar. With his far sightedness, Mr. Jayakumar has the audacity to get the advices of several experts from the University of Cochin to tackle difficult situations in the manufacturing of items from exotic plastic materials. However, we have a panel of senior engineers to take appropriate & wise decisions in all fields. Of late we have entered into the field of extrusion of complicated plastic sections and have started exports.
We strictly accentuate on the precision & advanced technology in the entire manufacturing process which ensure the optimum quality production. The entire manufacturing process i.e. the process of changeover of top quality raw material into superlative products is minutely examined and well-timed modified as per international quality standards. Our whole manufacturing process is backed under the proper leadership of trained technocrats. Last but not least, we have established long-term business relationship with our prestigious clients via our superlative products.

Diephon Plastics is one of the far-famed industrial spacers manufacturers and suppliers, originated in India. We manufacture wide range of polyurethane rollers arms of international quality for various industrial purposes. From a humble start in 1990, producing very small plastic items of few grams, Diephon plastics have grown into various manufacturing units. We have an experience of nearly two decades in the manufacturing of different types of industrial products ranging from polyurethane rollers, cathode insulator, industrial spacers etc. We strongly believe in the timely execution of the jobs at very reasonable rates and we consider this as the stronger point in our favor which in turn encourage our esteemed clients for the come back. This particular item is to be manufactured with zero tolerance and the atmosphere is very aggressive. At the same time, it can carry a current of more than 100KA. We are happy to note that the items which withstood all the very aggressive conditions. We have given the repeated orders for the same item and we are successful in fulfilling all the bulk orders. In earlier time this item was imported by our client and now, they are saving large sums of foreign exchange. This clearly shows about our commitment towards quality of the product which we supply.
